Close construction

Construction of the classroom building (left) at the Professional Military Education Center on McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base in East Tennessee, made for close quarters and muddy areas during the Fall of 1989. Phase One included the new NCO academy dormitory. At this moment, bulldozers and dump trucks started moving dirt for Phase Two in the construction, which included the multi-media building (Spruance Hall) and multi-purpose building (Wilson Hall).
