Airmen in the Air National Guard Human Resource Advisor Orientation Course took a moment for a group photograph March 28 outside McKinley Hall on the I.G. Brown Training and Education Center campus.

The two dozen rising HRAs arrived from Air Guard units across the nation last week for roughly 10 days' classroom training.

The course provided HRAs with the foundational skill sets necessary to administer initiatives at their units, which influence a culture that values diversity and inclusion as a personal strength, in readiness, and in combat effectiveness, Chief Master Sgt. Timothy Perret, the HRA program manager for the Air Guard said.
