TEC Lodging is not an Air Force INN. Our dormitories are primarily to house our attending ALS, NCOA, and TEC-U students. We also frequently house those attending special events.
The I.G. Brown Training and Education Center (TEC) is an Operating Division of the Office of the Director, Air National Guard. Located in Knoxville, Tennessee, the TEC is a tenant of the 134th Air Refueling Wing on McGhee Tyson ANG Base. The TEC’s $66M campus supports 24 classrooms, 260 seat auditorium, billeting for up to 420 individuals, and related facilities. All facilities are located within a short walk to the Base Exchange, dining facility, clinic, and Armed Forces Club.
The TEC’s primary mission is to equip and train the next generation of Air Force leaders through EPME courses. Due to the capabilities of our facilities and dormitories we can support additional training activities with classroom, auditorium, or dormitory space for those on official government travel orders. If you are interested in hosting an event and need more information, please follow the links and fill out a request inquiry form. This information will be reviewed by TEC Campus Operations to see if we have the vacancies that you need for us to provide our support.
