Lankford EPME welcomes new commandant

U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Paul A. Butts accepts the guidon from Col. Angela M. Tapia, commander, I.G. Brown Training and Education Center, during a change of responsibility ceremony on Dec. 7, 2023, at McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base, Tennessee. Butts is the 18th commandant of the Paul H. Lankford Center for Professional Military Education Center, and the senior enlisted advisor for the commander of the TEC.
