U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Jerry Harlan selected a hot chicken Roller Bite at the Base Exchange on McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base in East Tennessee, this morning, Nov. 30, 2018, following the opening of Snack Avenue earlier this week.

"It was good," said Sergeant Harlan. "I'm going to go again."

The store’s new section offers coffee, cappuccino, milkshakes, and Slushies, as well as hot dogs, Cheddarwurst, breakfast/lunch Roller Bites and Tornados. The store also changed its hours, to include opening earlier, Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and training weekends and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sergeant Harlan serves at the Air National Guard's training and education center located on the base.
