The Commander, I.G. Brown Training and Education Center announced April 1 the Civilian, Senior NCO and NCO of the Quarter, January to March 2014.

"Please join me in congratulating these Airmen on their outstanding performance, dedication to duty, and support of the TEC mission," said Col. Tim Cathcart, commander, in an email.

Cat III Civilian of the Quarter is David Barlow, who provides broadcast and broadcast graphic support to TEC TV from the Media and Engagement Division.

"David is a crucial member of our broadcast team whose hard work has everything to do with TEC TV's successes in the last quarter," said Gerry Barnes, Broadcast Division chief.

Senior NCO of the Quarter is Master Sgt. Tiffany Huffman, who is the senior knowledge operations manager assigned to the Mission Support Division.

Huffman's work as a manager of the SharePoint intranet was highlighted among the accomplishments in her submission package, which also listed additional duties and support as well as community service in East Tennessee.

NCO of the Quarter is Tech. Sgt. Raymond Harris, who is a client systems technician in the Mission Support Division.

"It feels great to be recognized," said Harris. "We have an extremely busy office, and it takes a total team effort to get the job done here. I would not be able to do it without my section's leadership."

The awardees get their photos displayed in Patriot Hall's main lobby, and they receive a special plaque, a time off award and are applauded by their peers at the next Commander's Call assembly.
