MCGHEE TYSON AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Tenn. -- The Paul H. Lankford Enlisted PME Center's 12th Commandant marked his retirement from 29 years of service with a ceremony here Oct. 16, 2013, at the I.G. Brown Training and Education Center. Chief Master Sgt. Donald E. Felch was honored amongst the Airmen, friends and family he served with and at the campus for Airman Leadership School and Noncommissioned Officer Academy he helped run since February 2011.
