45th Anniversary
MCGHEE TYSON AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Tenn. – Retired Col. Edmund C. Morrisey, first commander at the I.G. Brown Training and Education Center, 1968 – 1983, commemorates the TEC’s 45th anniversary in front of former faculty and staff, their families and current staff members in Spruance Hall here, June 21, 2013. The I.G. Brown Training and Education Center provides professional military education which serves all of the nation's Air National Guard units as well as the total U.S. Air Force and U.S. Coast Guard.
