MCGHEE TYSON AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Tenn. – A U.S. Air National Guard student at Noncommissioned Officer Academy class 79-C is inspected by Col. Edmund C. Morrisey at the I.G. Brown Training and Education Center here on the parade ground. Morrisey was commandant of the first NCOA class and the center's first commander, 1968-1983.
