TULSA AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Tulsa, Okla. - More than a dozen students here at the 138th Fighter Wing, Oklahoma Air National Guard, attend the Instructor Certification Program course Feb. 24 to become a certified, satellite education facilitators and/or Air Force specialty career trainers.
