MCGHEE TYSON AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Tenn. – Master Sgt. Jonathan Liermann lowers the state flag of the 38th U.S. state to join the union in 1876, Colorado, as he helps replace a display of state flags here, July 18, 2013.
