MCGHEE TYSON AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Tenn. – Master Sgt. Mike R. Smith attaches the Iowa state flag, which is the 29th state to join the union (1846) as well as his wife’s home state, as he and others replace state flags here, July 18, 2013.
