New facility

The Air National Guard's I.G. Brown Training and Education Center mixed-use facility, Buildings 418, 414A-B, scheduled to be named Craig R. McKinley Hall, is a 46,871 square foot classroom and dormitory facility for training and education at McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base in east Tennessee. The facility was constructed from August 2014 to January 2017. Gen. Craig R. McKinley is the 26th Chief of the National Guard Bureau, its first four-star general and member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He is a U.S. Air Force Order of the Sword awardee; the highest honor bestowed by the enlisted force. (U.S. Air National Guard photo by Master Sgt. Mike R. Smith)
