Halloween contest

U.S Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Steven Durrance, Commandant of the Air National Guard I. G. Brown Training and Education Center, and U.S Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Shaun Withers, Chief of Professional Continuing Education, inspect decorated offices for a Halloween contest, Oct. 31, 2019, at McGhee Tyson ANG Base, Tenn. The education center staff agencies went head-to-head during the contest to prove who could decorate the scariest office and win bragging rights for the next year.
