Airman Leadership School students execute capstone exercise Operation Red Wolf

U.S. Air Force and Royal Canadian Air Force Airmen participate in field training exercise, Operation Red Wolf, during Airman Leadership School (ALS), February 12, 2026, at The Lankford Enlisted Professional Military Education Center, McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base, Tennessee. Students from ALS class 26-B were the first to conduct this organically developed training activity, a full-day leadership and wargaming exercise designed to test strategic thinking and operational execution under pressure.
