1,000th NCOA graduate
MCGHEE TYSON AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Tenn. – U.S. Air National Guard Maj. Gen. I.G. Brown, first Director of the Air National Guard, applauds the graduation of Master Sgt. Richard Graham from the North Carolina Air National Guard and the I.G. Brown Training and Education Center’s 1,000 Noncommissioned Officer Academy graduate during a ceremony here for Class 71-1 in 1971 with Brig. Gen. Payne. The Center has since graduated nearly 35,000 NCOA students as well as nearly 20,000 Airman Leadership School students.
